According to RyanTheme Parks, Universal is now laying the foundation for Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Hollywood. This step is very important to ensure that the theme park doesn’t collapse due to shabby foundations. If you look closely, you’ll probably notice they are reinforcing steel bars into the ground.
At the time of writing, Super Nintendo World has no planned opening date at Universal Studios Hollywood, but it’s scheduled to open in 2020 at Universal Studios Japan.
