It looks like Nintendo may have accidentally allowed some adult content to slip out on the Switch.
Super Real Mahjong PV launched for Japanese Switch players earlier this month, and features several anime girls that strip down as players beat them at mahjong. While the original SEGA Saturn release had actual nudity, the Switch version covers up any naughty bits with light beams…or at least, it tried to.
Apparently, several players have noticed that some of these censor light beams don’t actually cover the girls all that well. This means that the game still exposes the girls’ chests sometimes, nips and all. Check out some examples below (NSFW warning).
Following this discovery, Nintendo quickly instructed developer MightyCraft to pull the title from the Japanese eShop.
For now, MightyCraft is revising the game for Nintendo’s review. The developers announced that a patch will be released for existing players after it passes inspection, and the game should return to the eShop by next week.
