Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Now Bestselling Smash Game Of All Time

Big news – Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has become the No. 1 bestselling game of all time in Super Smash Bros. history.

After Nintendo published their fiscal earnings for the 6 months ending September 30, 2019, we learned Super Smash Bros. Ultimate had sold a total of 15.71 million units since its launch in December 2019.

That’s almost 1 million copies more than Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U, the previous bestselling title in the series.

Making things even more impressive is the fact that it took Super Smash Bros. Ultimate under a year to achieve this feat.

Check out the full breakdown below:

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate = 15.71 million
Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U = 14.91 million
Super Smash Bros. Brawl = 13.27 million
Super Smash Bros. Melee = 7.41 million
Super Smash Bros. = 5.55 million
