Previously, rumors emerged that Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville was heading to Nintendo Switch – although publisher EA has remained silent on the matter since then. Well, the odds of a Switch release look promising once again, thanks to a new retail listing
Gaming rental website GameFly has put up a new page for a Nintendo Switch version of Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville – Complete Edition. While no box art is available, the listing states that the game will release on 19 March 2021 (as seen below):
This physical listing is quite likely the real deal, especially given that GameFly leaked the Switch versions of VOEZ, Raiden V: Director’s Cut, and Mutant Year Zero before. All those listings eventually ended up being 100% accurate – so it’s a strong sign that Plants Vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville – Complete Edition will hit the Nintendo Switch one day, as well!
As with all unconfirmed information, however, we do urge NintendoSoup readers to take this with a pinch of salt. We’ll report back if we hear more in the future!
