It’s no mystery by now that the Mega Man Battle Network games have swathes of fans across the world – many of whom still wish to see the series make a modern comeback in some form. Well, the original developers on the series seem to understand this demand as well, and have shared their take on what would be necessary for a potential sequel!
Earlier this year, we reported on One Step From Eden – an ambitious indie project aiming to revive the grid-based combat system of the Mega Man Battle Network series. With the game now funded and heading to Switch, the game’s developer Thomas Moon Kang has stepped up to talk about what his game will do differently.
Last month, Capcom revealed Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection – a six-game compilation that will include all Mega Man Zero and Mega Man ZX titles. While old and new Mega Man fans were enthusiastic about this announcement, many more are now increasingly hopeful of what the next Legacy Collection could have in store.
