Rainway is an application that lets players stream their games from PC to other devices such as smartphones and Nintendo Switch. It’s currently in development for Switch.
Given Rainway’s nature many users have speculated Nintendo would not allow the app to be sold officially on the Nintendo eShop. However today the official Rainway account on Discord has reported that Nintendo has “neither confirmed or denied” the app on Switch, and both companies are still discussing about it and “things are working well”.
Hopefully we’ll hear some good news out of the talks between Nintendo and Rainway. In the mean time Rainway has started production on a new vision video, and one segment will feature the Switch. Have a sneak peek below.
