Remember the Pokemon VISA credit and debit cards that Japan got last week? Looks like they aren’t the only ones available in the world now!
In Thailand, KBank (Kasikorn Bank) is offering a special promotion this month. Receive one of the five following Pokemon debit cards by simply sending in an application via KPlus or Kaskiborn Bank outlets in Thailand.
An “entry fee” of 250 baht is required for registration, along with an annual renewal fee of 350 baht.
That’s not all – KBank debit card holders may enjoy discounts and promotions at McDonald’s, Grab, Lazada, a “special health check”, and more in Thailand.
Besides the special Pokemon debit card promotion, a Pokemon event is scheduled to take place between September 18 to 19 at Siam Paragon. Visitors can purchase a 7 inches tall Snorlax, Pikachu, or Eevee plush doll for 250 baht, and debit card registrants at the event will receive a limited edition Pokemon bag worth 200 baht.
Other activities taking place at the Pokemon event include a Pikachu Dance from 5:30pm to 7pm, Meet and Greet with the Pikachu mascots, a lottery to win a giant Snorlax plush, and an exclusive promotion for KBank debit card holders to purchase Pokemon merchandise at a discount.
