The Louvre Guide for 3DS May Still Have A Chinese Version In Development

A strange piece of 3DS software might still be on its way to the most unlikely regional market of all.

3DS fans may recall The Louvre Guide for Nintendo 3DS, a $19.99 download title that allowed players to enjoy the Louvre Museum from the comfort of their homes. It was pretty comprehensive, featuring over 600 photographs and more than 30 hours of commentary in English.

Apparently, the game could still have a Mandarin-language version in the works for the Chinese market! Check out the following tweet below by Chinese Nintendo.

Whether it was dropped at the planning phase or not, this is still a pretty cool discovery! Let’s hope that it eventually becomes a reality, so that Chinese 3DS owners can explore The Louvre’s beautiful works at their own leisure!
