Back in 2020, Nintendo gave the Switch eShop a Super Mario makeover to celebrate the plumber’s 35th anniversary – by adding a red theme and making Mario run on-screen while loading up. Well, following the latest trailer for Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury earlier, it looks like Nintendo made another cheeky re-adjustment to the eShop again!
Now, visitors will see Cat Mario running on-screen when loading up game listings on the Switch eShop instead! It may be very brief for some folks, so you can take a better look at it in action below:
