The Official Pokemon Website Spotlights Ash’s Pokemon League Failures

Talk about rubbing salt into the wound.

As many fans of the Pokemon anime will no doubt know by now – Ash has had a long history of bad luck with Pokemon League tournaments. His inability to conquer various regions and generations has even become a meme at this point, with most viewers waiting in anticipation to see how his opponents in the Finals just manage to somehow one-up him. Barely.

Well, it looks like the official Pokemon website isn’t afraid to dunk the salt on Ash, either. It now has a new article where it basically summarizes all of the episodes where Ash ultimately loses the Pokemon Leagues from Kanto to Kalos. And just to emphasize its point, the article is even titled “Watch Ash Lose Tournaments in Pokémon the Series on Pokémon TV“.

Jokes aside, it’s actually a nice way to catch up on Ash’s journey to become a Pokemon Master. You can check it out for yourself over here.
