The Pokemon Company is teaming up with French crystal manufacturer Baccarat to create a set of crystal Pokemon figures for the franchise’s 25th anniversary.
A total of three figures have been announced so far, the first is the Pikachu Fragment, a 11.8 inches tall sculpture of Pikachu designed by Hiroshi Fujiwara. This figure retails at $25,000 and will be a limited edition with only 25 copies produced.
Next up are a 5.7 inch crystal Pikachu figure and a 2.7 inch crystal Poke Ball. Although slightly less stylized than the Pikachu Fragment, both are retailing at a much more affordable price of $440 and $410 respectively.
As detailed on Baccarat’s official website, all three figures will be available for purchase or order from Baccarat’s flagships stores in Tokyo, Paris, New York, London
Hong Kong and Singapore.
