The Pokemon Company has published an interesting new job listing online.
The job listing is for a Pokemon “Archivist”, who will be in charge of putting together the company’s first “internal archive and museum”. This archive will reportedly have to include all bits of Pokemon lore from the games and other mediums, as well as physical and digital items such as trading cards, episodes of the anime, movies, and of course, the games themselves. Those who are hired for this role will be tasked with acquiring these “artifacts” for the archive, but it will not need to include goods or merch that were produced by other companies.
You can check out the full job listing here.
