Following its announcement earlier this week, The Pokemon Company has shared a special video to commemorate official Bidoof Day.
The video is a little over a minute long, and is a parody of a very popular song with Bidoof themed lyrics. It also samples clips from the anime starring Bidoof, and includes animations of the Pokemon dancing along to the music.

For those who might not be in on the joke, the song being parodied is Rick Astley’s “Never Gonna Give You Up” which is often used for bait-and-switch pranks on the internet. This is certainly quite fitting as a celebration of Bidoof, which is often the topic of various memes within the Pokemon community.
