Recently CoroCoro Comics held a drawing competition for the best Splatoon 2 gear in Japan.
The winning entry was the Mecha Gear, and since it won the competition, it’d be made into actual gear in Splatoon 2 that would be distributed via CoroCoro Comics. So took we have our very first look at the full sketch of Mecha Gear, as well as how the Mecha Gear looks like in Splatoon 2:
A code for the Mecha Gear will be included in the May 2019 issue of CoroCoro Comics, scheduled to launch sometime in April.
