Love the motley crew from Trials of Mana? Well, so do many Japanese folks – and they recently cast their vote to determine who was the most popular hero/heroine!

Square Enix has released the results of a special character poll in Japan that asked participants about which of the game’s six playable characters they liked the most. All in all, Riesz emerged in 1st place – followed by Angela (2nd place) and Hawkeye (3rd place). In 4th place was Kevin, followed by Duran (5th place) and Charlotte (6th place).

To celebrate the results of the poll, the game’s character designer HACCAN shared a new illustration that features Riesz, Angela, and Hawkeye – all dressed in costumes from their assorted job classes. Here’s a better look at the full artwork below:
