Tsutaya: More Kids Purchasing Pokemon Sword And Shield In Japan

Tsutaya, a major retail chain in Japan, has published an article on how various video games are selling in Japan.

The retailer revealed a major observation they have made about Pokemon Sword and Shield sales in Japan. According to Tsutaya, when the games first launched on November 15, they saw a high number of customers in their 20s buying the game.

That however soon changed before the Christmas season – Tsutaya observed that more children were buying the games, in particular Pokemon Sword. That is probably the reason why sales continue to remain strong for the games up till today.

What do you think of their comments?
