Konami Digital Entertainment has confirmed that two of their employees have tested positive for the coronavirus.
Before testing positive, both employees were working at the company’s headquarters in Tokyo, Japan. As part of the state of emergency measures declared in Japan, all Konami employees had been working from home since April 8, 2020.
Konami isn’t the only major Japanese video game company affected by the coronavirus – Square-Enix and Capcom reported similar cases earlier this month.
