Following the cancellation of E3 2022, publisher Ubisoft has confirmed they will also be skipping out on having a presentation this year.
The news comes via a statement issued to Axios, stating that the publisher would not be holding their usual digital presentation in June 2022, instead stating that they have no major product presentations coming until “later this year”. This move is somewhat surprising given that Ubisoft has held digital presentations in June for the past two years, despite the COVID-19 Pandemic and the cancellation of E3 2020.
At the time of this writing, it seems that no further details have been shared about why the presentation might have been put on hold. Whatever the reason, it will likely come as somewhat of a disappointment to fans who have been looking forward to more news about Ubisoft’s projects, such as Mario + Rabbids: Stars Of Hope. Nevertheless, we will be sure to report back with any updates should they become available.
