Toby Fox, the developer and composer best known for Undertale and Deltarune, has revealed that he composed music tracks for Pokemon Scarlet And Violet.
As revealed in the following posts on Twitter, Toby Fox composed the “Field” theme that can be heard in the latest trailer for Pokemon Scarlet And Violet, which will be heard many times throughout the game. Furthermore, he also confirmed that it is not the only track he composed for the game, and asked fans to look forward to them as they are “not optional” this time.
This marks the third time that Toby Fox has worked with Gamefreak on one of their projects, having contributed music to Pokemon Sword and Shield as well as Little Town Hero. In the case of the former, his music track was specifically the theme for the Battle Tower, an optional post-game area.
Judging from his recent posts, it seems he is a bit more heavily involved in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet this time, although it is likely we will not get any further details until the game launches officially on November 18th.
