Following price revisions for Nintendo Switch 2 accessories in the US, upcoming amiibo launching on June 5, such as those from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and Street Fighter 6 lines, have received a hefty USD10 price increase.
According to GameStop, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom amiibo (Sidon, Riju, Yunobo, Tulin) have increased from USD19.99 to USD29.99 each, while Street Fighter 6 amiibo (Kimberly, Luke, Jamie) have increased from USD29.99 to USD39.99 each.
While the price increases have not affected previously released amiibo yet, future reprints could potentially be affected considering that all amiibo are manufactured in China. Chinese-origin goods imported into the US are currently facing tariffs of up to 245%.
