As some will know, the small-print publisher Warned Collectors has been in quite a lot of hot water with its own paying customers. From completely missing deadlines to being shady about its physical Switch releases – the company has been struggling to prove itself as a trustworthy business. Today, the situation seems to be as grim as ever.
More than a month ago, Warned Collectors had promised to reveal ‘visuals’ for its first ‘Ultimate Edition’ bundle – possibly in reference to the Furi Ultimate Collector Edition package that they promised even longer ago. This appeared to be another attempt to placate angry customers on Twitter, whom were still threatening refunds or flaming the company for its lack of transparency.
To the surprise of no one, the company still hasn’t shown a single pixel of that ‘Ultimate Edition’ to this day – despite promising to do so ‘soon’ back in August.
In their frustration, some customers and observers have been poking at Warned Collectors for another update recently, but the company remained dead silent. Others simply let the company have a piece of their mind.
Will Warned Collectors be able to make good on its promises in the future? Sadly, that’s up to the company to sort out on its own.
We’ll report back if we get any updates on the situation. Stay tuned.
