SEGA has released the second and final part of the developer diary video series for Sonic Mania Plus.
In the second part, Sonic series producer Takashi Iizuka and Sonic Mania Plus lead program developer Christian Whitehead reflect on the community’s positive reception to Sonic Mania and how it influenced the creation of Sonic Mania Plus.

Following the successful launch of Sonic Mania Plus earlier this week, SEGA has unveiled the final part of the popular two-part developer diary video series that gives a unique look into the newly released game as well as a retrospective of the original Sonic Mania.
Part 2, with Takashi Iizuka (Sonic Series Producer, Sonic Team) and Christian Whitehead (Lead Program Developer, Sonic Mania & Sonic Mania Plus), reflects on the community’s positive reception to Sonic Mania and how it influenced the creation of Sonic Mania Plus.
