While it’s been 2 years since the Switch took the world by storm, it looks like Nintendo hasn’t completely forgotten about what came before.
The Wii U just received an unexpected update to version 5.5.4 today. Of course, the update doesn’t do anything special on the surface, with its patch notes being as follows:
– Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience.
Really, the only bizarre part about this is that Nintendo still supports the console at all! At least Wii U fans can rest assured that their favorite console is more stable than ever.
