Monolithsoft, the developer behind the Xenoblade Chronicles series, has announced a recent new adjustment for its staff.
In particular, the company has announced that will be implementing salary increases for its employees starting from April 2023 – in line with rising prices in the country. These wage increases also include a 22% increase in starting salary for new graduates who join the company.

We will raise the basic salary in April 2023.
From April 2023, our company has implemented not only regular salary increases but also a significant increase in base salaries in line with rising prices.
As a result, the starting salary for new graduates will increase by about 22% to 250,000 yen.
At the same time, we have updated the application guidelines for new graduates and mid-career hires .
