During the Famitsu Awards 2017 presentation, Dragon Quest series creator Yuji Horii reconfirmed that Dragon Quest XI is currently in development for Nintendo Switch.
Many fans have worried that Dragon Quest XI, despite being one of the first titles announced for the system when we still called the Switch “Nintendo NX”, will end up a project that wouldn’t see the day of light. It’s coming at least 1 year after the 3DS and PS4 versions are released in Japan.
