In Nintendo’s latest fiscal earnings release for the 9 months ending December 31, 2018, the company announced 20 Nintendo Switch titles have sold over 1 million copies in the last 9 months.
Out of the 20 Nintendo Switch titles, 12 are first party titles published by Nintendo, while 8 are third party titles published by other companies.
At this time we know the following first party games have sold at least 1 million copies:
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Pokemon Let’s GO Pikachu/Eevee, Super Mario Party, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Mario Odyssey, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Splatoon 2, Mario Tennis Aces, Kirby Star Allies, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Nintendo Labo Variety Kit, Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker
And out of the eight third party games, we only know two that have sold at least 1 million:
Minecraft, Octopath Traveler
The identity of the remaining six third party games are up to speculation, unless Nintendo decides to reveal them during tomorrow’s strategy briefing.
