Less than 4 months ago, Nintendo announced 202 games were available for purchase on the Switch eShop, which was a huge milestone for the system.
Nintendo President Tatsumi Kimishima officially confirmed during this week’s strategy briefing that over 300 games have been published by developers on Nintendo Switch, meaning at least 102 titles were launched in the past few months.
Kimishima also reiterated both third party developers and indies are working on more projects of all kinds of genres for Nintendo Switch, so expect to see more games hitting the system every week.

I'm guessing that it's Japan only because my figures had the number of games in North America at 340 titles as of December 31st, 2018 (400 games at this very moment).
