A Look At Koji Kondo’s Influence On Music in Games, From Punch-Out To Super Mario Maker

In this video, Did You Know Gaming takes a look at the career of legendary composer Koji Kondo.

Several franchises have had their soundtrack conducted by Kondo and he’s certainly left a mark on video games as a whole.

Kondo has spent his entire working life at Nintendo, starting with Punch-Out!! and moving on to The Legend of Zelda and Super Mario Bros. His most recent work is Super Mario Maker 2, and he shows no signs of stopping.
