Crazy Justice, a promising battle royale alternative to Fortnite, was originally scheduled to release in June 2018 on Nintendo Switch.
Since E3 2018 and the arrival of Fortnite on Nintendo Switch, there have been no updates from Black Riddle Studios, the developers of Crazy Justice. The studio regularly posts updates on Facebook and Twitter, but have stayed silent since June 15.
The lack of communication and updates have angered many customers who paid for the game in advance on Fig. Many fans, who were hopeful for the game’s launch despite Fortnite’s entry on Nintendo Switch, have requested refunds on crowdfunding platform Fig. Crazy Justice’s campaign raised over USD76,000.
Some on Twitter felt the game may have become vaporware, speculating its developers have lost all hope due to Fortnite’s success. Many are not hopeful about a last minute release as June is about to end in a few days. No one knows for sure what is going on at Black Riddle Studios, given that the company is run by two brothers.
