Arcade Steals Mario Circuit Music From Mario Kart 8 For Their Gum Drop Machine

A few weeks ago, we reported that the US government had stolen the underground theme song from Yoshi’s Island for their recycling flash game for kids!

Well now, something even weirder has happened but this time with music from the Mario Kart series in an unlicensed gum drop machine.

Check it out below:

The gum drop machine has stolen the Mario Circuit music from the Mario Kart 8 OST unofficially as there is no signs of Nintendo branding on it.

It isn’t known why the arcade or the manufacturer of the machine has done this but it is still funny and interesting to see if Nintendo can do anything to stop them using the unlicensed music.

If we have any more information to share we will cover it here at NintendoSoup so stay tuned for more!
