The Pokemon Company has revealed a special series of distributions coming to Pokemon Sword And Shield in Japan.
Starting from the week of August 11th, a series of serial codes for Pokemon Sword And Shield will be given out alongside episodes of the Pokemon Journeys Anime, each redeeming a different Pokemon that Ash is using in the anime’s Masters Tournament arc. A total of five Pokemon will be distributed, with Pikachu being given away as part of separate movie tie-in.
The distributions are scheduled as follows:
- Dracovish – August 12th
- Dragonite – August 26th
- Gengar – September 2nd
- Sirfetch’d – September 9th
- Lucario – Seprtember 16th
At the time of this writing, the exact attributes of these Pokemon is not known. Stay tuned for more information as it comes.
