Earlier today, The Pokemon anime in Japan finally revealed the big winner of the Alolan Pokemon League. Amidst all the fans making a commotion over the news, however, another prominent voice from Ash’s long history also re-emerged with encouraging words for the character.
Veronica Taylor, Ash’s original voice actor from back in 1998, recently posted a message on Twitter commending Ash on his performance in the league. She didn’t stop with just mere platitudes, however – she even recorded herself as ‘past’ Ash, speaking to his current iteration in the anime!
Check out what she had to say below.
Talk about a blast from the past. It definitely sounds like Taylor still has it in her to voice the character as she did years ago!
What do you think of this awesome tribute from the old voice actor? Feel free to leave some comments!
