Earlier this week, we reported that Auto Chess: Heroes of Paragon was due to hit Nintendo Switch this month. Sadly, Switch fans anticipating the free-to-play strategy experience will have to wait a while longer.
The game’s developers have officially announced that the Switch port would see a delay, and apologized for its sudden postponement. The studio did not clarify what the issue was, but did state that it was ‘beyond [their] control’:
“Today was the day. The day when Paragon heroes were supposed to rejoin the battle in Auto Chess: Heroes of Paragon. But unfortunately, for the time being we’ve been forced to postpone the game’s Nintendo release for reasons beyond our control. More information later. We are currently working on resolving the issue as soon as possible and getting the things back on track.
Important: the game is not cancelled and its release will happen before much longer.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will do our best to keep you in the loop.”
We’ll report back when we hear more about the game in the future. Stay tuned.
