Wondering how well Nintendo resonated with consumers last year? Well, the results are out!
The Brand Intimacy Study 2019 is now live, with various companies ranked according to their brand relationships with customers. This year, Nintendo fell a few pegs to 24th place overall – far down from its 11th place position in 2018. This markedly below the PlayStation and Xbox brands, which ranked in at 7th place and 17th place respectively.
Meanwhile, Nintendo ranked at 10th place this year among millennials (i.e. those born 1981-1996). This was also behind the brand rankings of PlayStation (which clocked in at 1st place) and Xbox (earning 9th place).
