Capcom Gamescom 2026 Games Lineup Revealed
Capcom has announced the games that they will be showcasing at this year’s Gamescom convention in Cologne on August 26th.
Capcom’s show floor will be located in Hall 9, Booth A070. Around 60 playable demo stations will be available for players to try out various games, including Onimusha: Way of the Sword, Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen, Street Fighter 6, and Mega Man: Dual Override.
Onimusha: Way of the Sword
Onimusha: Way of the Sword takes place in Kyoto during the early Edo period. In this time of relative peace for Japan, Malice has befallen the ancient city. Twisted into an eerie and unsettling place, Kyoto has been infested by the demonic Genma. In the debut trailer for Onimusha: Way of the Sword, a lone samurai armed with the Oni Gauntlet engages in fierce, blood-soaked sword fights with these hellish creatures from another world. Onimusha: Way of the Sword launches for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2 on 25th September 2026.
Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen
Dragon‘s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen enriches the dynamic fantasy world and expansive adventures of Dragon’s Dogma 2 with unforgettable new tales and thrilling encounters. Based on feedback we received after the initial release of Dragon’s Dogma 2, we established three goals for ourselves when we set out to update and expand the game: enhanced gameplay, expanded adventures and enticing value.
Available for the first time, the Nintendo Switch 2 version will contain both the Dragon’s Dogma 2 base game and the Dark Arisen Expansion content. The Dark Arisen Expansion will also be available as separate DLC on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Steam.
Mega Man: Dual Override
Mega Man™: Dual Override is the twelfth mainline instalment in the classic Mega Man™ series. The iconic franchise will make its highly anticipated return in 2027 when the all-new action platformer launches for Nintendo Switch™ 2, Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation®5 (PS5®), PlayStation®4 (PS4®), Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
Capcom will also be broadcasting some live stream events during the convention, presumably containing more news and updates for its various titles. Stay tuned for more updates as they come.
