It looks like Capcom has been rolling in the dough recently!
In a recent press release, the company shared that it officially achieved its highest first-quarter sales of all time – with Net Sales up by 104.1%, and Operating Income increasing by 120.4% year-over-year.
Namely, the company attributes its success to this year’s releases of Monster Hunter Rise and Resident Evil Village. In fact, the sales volume for its home video games was 13.3 million units (an increase of 44.6% year-over-year).
