Celebi V, Victini V, Keldeo V, Tapu Koko V, And Regirock V Revealed For Pokemon TCG

Looking forward to the next expansion of the Pokemon TCG? Well, now you can get a quick preview of some powerful cards heading your way!

During its Tokyo Champions League tournament, The Pokemon Company dropped a surprise reveal of five cards that will feature in the upcoming Sword and Shield TCG expansion in Japan. In particular, these are some of the new ‘Pokemon V’ cards that will be replacing the current status quo of ‘Pokemon GX’ cards.

Celebi V – Grass – HP180
Basic Pokemon

[G] Call for Friends: Search your deck for up to 2 Pokemon and put them into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck.

[G][C] Line Force: 50+ damage. This attack does 20 more damage for each of your Benched Pokemon.

When your Pokemon-V is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

Weakness: Fire (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

Basic Pokemon

[C] Fire Spreading: Attach up to 3 [R] Energy from your discard pile to your Pokemon in any way you like.

[R][R] Energy Burst: 30x damage. This attack does 30 damage times the number of Energy attached to both Active Pokemon.

When your Pokemon-V is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.
