Key, Visual Arts, and Prototype have announced the release date and details for visual novel CLANNAD.
CLANNAD is scheduled to launch July 4, 2019 on Nintendo Switch in Japan. The game will be available at both retail and Nintendo eShop. CLANNAD is playable in both English and Japanese. Dangopedia, a dictionary with Japanese phrases for English speakers, will also be included in the game.
The Switch version of CLANNAD is in full HD and will feature 5.1ch sound. CLANNAD supports touch screen controls and could also be played with a single Joy-Con in one hand. The physical release includes a drama CD as a pre-order bonus.
