In a couple of months time, the highly anticipated Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom is set to finally hit the Switch.
According to sales data from Japanese videogame retailer COMG!, Tears Of the Kingdom seems poised to surpass its predecessor Breath Of The Wild. As shared by Twitter userĀ @Pierre485, Tears Of The Kingdom has just exceeded the pre-order total of Breath Of The Wild, suggesting it could very well become the new biggest debut in the history of the Zelda series. This is no doubt not just due to the hype surrounding the game, but also the significantly larger install base the Switch has now compared to when Breath Of The Wild first launched.
The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom launches on May 12th 2023 for Switch.
