Updated Legend Of Zelda Timeline Shows Placing For Breath Of The Wild And Tears Of The Kingdom

Nintendo has released an updated timeline for their Legend Of Zelda series.

This updated timeline is up on display at Nintendo Live 2024 (Sydney), and shows the official placement of Breath Of The Wild and Tears Of The Kingdom. As shown off by  Vooks and Wario64, both of these Switch era games have been placed separately from the older Legend Of Zelda titles, implying that they perhaps take place in a separate continuity from the original games. All previous Zelda titles appear to have kept their original positions on the branching timelines of “Hero is Defeated” and “Hero is Triumphant”.
