Crypt Of The Necrodancer “Synchrony” DLC Announced, New Necrodancer Game In The Works

Brace Yourself Games have shared some major new announcements about their popular dungeon-crawler rhythm game Crypt Of The Necrodancer, which is currently available in Switch.

Firstly, the game will be receiving a new DLC titled “Synchrony”, which will add three new characters and a number of other features, including online co-op and versus modes with up to eight players. The DLC is currently in early access on Steam, but will probably make its way to other platforms (including the Switch) eventually.

Secondly, a new standalone rhythm game in the Necrodancer universe was announced. It is called Rift Of The Necrodancer, and was briefly teased at the end of the Syncrhony DLC trailer. At the time of this writing, further details such as platforms, release date, and content, have not bee shared.
