Nintendo has announced they will be holding special events for the Donkey Kong Bananza DK Island & Emerald Rush DLC.

The events are specifically for the DLC’s Emerald Rush mode, with the first event scheduled to start on October 28th 2025. During the event, a special type of Emerald Rush called “Chip Fever” will be available, where Chip based power-ups will be more abundant. By achieving a high score, players will obtain exclusive in-game statues featuring the Kong Bananza and Enguarde.
