Yesterday, Wii U owners discovered that Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze disappeared from the Nintendo eShop for no apparent reason.
Many speculated that due to the game’s low price point (USD19.99) on Wii U, Nintendo may have felt it would be wiser to remove it from the eShop. The game is being ported to Switch this week, available for USD59.99.
A day later, Nintendo has reversed their decision and Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze has made its return to the Wii U eShop at its low price point.
