Earlier this month, there was an issue with the Mr X Nightmare DLC for Streets Of Rage 4 that prevented it from being downloaded by players on Switch.
Publisher Dotemu has now posted an update on Twitter stating that the issue has been resolved, and most players should be able to purchase the DLC via the eshop. As of the Tweet the DLC was still under review for Japan, so it may arrive slightly later in that region.
That said, it seems not everyone has been able to download the DLC even after the fix was applied. In response, Dotemu stated that they were aware of the issue and shared some possible fixes while they investigate:
