The official website for Dr. Mario World has revealed some additional details about its availability in different regions when it launches on July 10 2019.

According to the official website for Dr. Mario World, some countries will only be able to download the game on Android, while others will only be able to download it on iOS. A full guide on which countries have it available for which smartphone operating systems can be found below:

Notably, this extensive list does not contain any mention of Belgium.  This is likely because Dr. Mario World contains a lootbox-like mechanic as seen in its new trailer. As you may be aware, Belgium has passed lootbox regulations which have forced Nintendo to cease supporting mobile games which contain lootbox-like mechanics such as Fire Emblem Heroes and Animal Crossing Pocket Camp in the country.

Although the official website for Dr. Mario World does say that Nintendo may “add to this list” of available countries, it is likely that Belgium won’t be one of those countries due to their lootbox laws.
