Cygames has officially confirmed that the Dragalia Lost X Megaman crossover event will begin on November 28 2019.

As reported previously, the event will add Mega Man into Dragalia Lost as a free playable adventurer. He can be unlocked by playing through the event, and is equipped with the abilities of various Robot Masters. A new trailer for the character and the event was also shared, which you can find below:
