You can get the “Legendary Builder Hat” by importing a save data where you have successfully errected the “Banner of Hope” in “Chapter 1: Cantlin.
If you have finished the last chapter of the first Dragon Quest Builders, you can also import it into the second game to get a recipe for Dragonlord’s Throne.
