Dragon Quest Builders Director Nino Kazuya Retires

Nino Kazuya, director of Dragon Quest Builders and Dragon Quest Builders 2, has announced he is retiring from Square Enix.

Kazuya told his followers on Twitter now it’s the perfect time for him to retire as development for Dragon Quest Builders 2 has completely wrapped up. Though he’s leaving the company, he will still maintain his relationships with Square Enix by working as an “outside employee” to supervise Dragon Quest Builders 2’s future DLC and updates.
