Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of An Elusive Age is getting a Definitive Edition on Switch and will include various exclusive features not present in the vanilla version.

One of these new features include the additional untold stories where each DQXI S character becomes the protagonist of their own story. Old and new players will now be able to find out what happened during the point in the game when the party ends up separated and scattered across the world from the perspective of each character.
