Dynasty Warriors 9 Empires Launches December 23rd In Japan

Publisher Koei Tecmo and developer Omega Force have announced the new release date for Dynasty Warriors 9 Empires in Japan.

The latest entry in the Dynasty Warriors series is now set to launch on December 23rd 2021 in Japan for Switch and other platforms. It will be available in the following special editions:

20th Anniversary Box (PS5, PS4, Switch) – 16,280 yen

• A copy of the game
• All 94 characters 20th anniversary selection book
• All 94 characters card set (stand included)
• Two-disc original soundtrack CD

Gamecity Set (PS5, PS4, Switch)

• A copy of the game
• Male editor “Guo Jia Set”
• Officer gathering cloth poster

Digital Deluxe Edition (all platforms) – 13,750 yen

• A copy of the game
• Season Pass

At the time of this writing, a western release date has yet to be confirmed.
